1Acceptance of Terms

By accessing jz777.click, creating an account, or placing any bet or wager on the JZ777 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. These terms form a binding agreement between you and JZ777.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms and Conditions, you must immediately discontinue your use of the JZ777 platform and close your account if one has been opened. Continued use of the platform after any updates to these terms constitutes acceptance of the revised version.

2Eligibility

To open and maintain a JZ777 account, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. The minimum legal age for gambling in your jurisdiction applies, and if that age is higher than 18, the higher age applies.
• You must be a human individual acting on your own behalf. Corporate or institutional accounts are not permitted.
• You must not be a resident of or accessing JZ777 from any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited under applicable law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or close family member of a JZ777 employee or partner organisation.

You must keep this information updated — if your contact details change, you are responsible for updating them in your account settings.

Identity Verification (KYC)

JZ777 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process. Acceptable documents include a valid CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), passport, or other government-issued photo ID. 4Account Security

5Deposits

JZ777 accepts deposits via the following payment methods available in Pakistan: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank transfer (IBFT), and Visa/Mastercard. The minimum deposit is Rs 200. There is no upper limit on individual deposits, though your payment provider's own limits may apply.

All deposits are credited to your JZ777 balance in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) instantly upon successful processing. JZ777 does not charge any fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.

Deposit Restrictions

• You may only deposit funds from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• Funds deposited must be intended for personal entertainment use only. Using the platform for money laundering or financial crime is strictly prohibited and will be reported to relevant authorities.
• If a deposit is made in error, you must contact support immediately. JZ777 cannot reverse deposits once they have been used to place bets.

6Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests at JZ777 are processed to the same payment method used for deposits wherever possible. Withdrawals are available via Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT, and Visa/Mastercard. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500.

JZ777 targets a 15-minute processing time for withdrawals to Easypaisa and JazzCash under normal conditions. Bank transfers via IBFT may take up to one business day depending on the receiving bank's processing schedule. Visa/Mastercard withdrawals typically process within 1–3 business days.

Withdrawal Conditions

• Identity verification (KYC) must be completed before your first withdrawal can be processed.
• Any active bonus funds must meet their wagering requirements before the associated balance can be withdrawn.
• Withdrawals may be subject to additional review if they are unusually large, if there is a change in withdrawal method, or if there are other risk signals on the account.
• In cases of suspected fraud or breach of these terms, JZ777 reserves the right to hold withdrawal requests pending investigation.

7Bonuses and Promotions

General Bonus Rules

8Betting Rules

All bets placed on JZ777 are subject to the rules of the relevant market or game. It is your responsibility to understand the rules of any bet before placing it. JZ777 does not accept responsibility for bets placed in error.

Bet Acceptance

Bets are not confirmed until you receive written confirmation on screen or via notification. If a technical issue prevents confirmation from being displayed, the bet is not considered accepted. JZ777 will investigate disputed bet acceptance cases and resolve them based on system records.

Void Bets

Bets may be voided in the following circumstances:

• The event is cancelled or postponed beyond the threshold defined in the specific sport's rules.
• A pricing error is identified — where odds were clearly posted in error, JZ777 reserves the right to void affected bets.
• The bet was placed after the event had already concluded.
• The bet relates to an event where the outcome was already known at the time of placement.

Voided bets have their stake returned to the player's balance. Winnings accumulated on voided selections within a multiple (accumulator) bet will be recalculated based on the remaining valid selections.

9Live Casino Rules

All live casino games at JZ777 — including Baccarat, Blackjack, Roulette, Andar Bahar, Dragon Tiger, Teen Patti, Casino Hold'em, and Caribbean Stud — are conducted by professional live dealers operating real physical equipment in a studio environment.

The dealer's decision is final in all matters relating to the conduct of the game. Any dispute about a game outcome must be raised immediately with customer support, providing the table identifier and approximate time of the disputed hand or spin. JZ777 maintains complete video records of all live dealer sessions for review purposes.

Technical Issues During Live Play

In the event of a technical disconnection during a live game, the following rules apply:

• Money laundering — using the platform to process, conceal, or transfer funds obtained through illegal activity.
• Automated betting — using bots, scripts, or any software to place bets or interact with the platform in a manner not possible by a human user.
• Collusion — cooperating with other players in live games to gain an unfair advantage, including but not limited to card sharing in live Blackjack or Poker games.
• Bonus abuse — systematic exploitation of bonus terms through low-risk mathematical strategies, multiple account creation, or coordinated wagering with other players.
• Chargebacks — initiating payment disputes or chargebacks for deposits that have been used to place bets at JZ777.
• Harassment — abusive, offensive, or threatening behaviour directed at dealers, other players, or support staff.

11Account Suspension and Closure

JZ777 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its discretion. Circumstances in which this may occur include but are not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable period after a request.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or prohibited conduct.

• A period of extended inactivity — accounts inactive for 12 consecutive months may be placed into dormant status.

Closure by the Player

Dormant Accounts
